Highside MOSFET and one n-channel lowside MOSFET together with a driver IC, forming an integrated high. 4.1.4 Logic Input Voltage V IN V. 4.3.3 Thermal Resistance. Fully operational to +600 V. Tolerant to negative transient voltage - dV/dt immune. Gate drive supply range from 10 V to 20 V. Undervoltage lockout for all channels. Over-current shutdown turns off all six drivers. Independent half-bridge drivers. Matched propagation delay for all channels. 3.3 V logic compatible. Outputs out of phase with inputs.
